Services - Helpdesk Access
In order to provide better support to our clients, we have a professional-grade helpdesk system available for use. We also recognize that other sites/groups could benefit from this system, so for sites hosted here that feel they could benefit from such a system, we will create a category just for them. Your site will be able to have its own FAQ/knowledgebase, ticketing system with extensive features for both users and agents, email notification for all parties involved with a particular issue, and the capability to re-assign/escalate issues as needed. We can add as many of your team members to your category as needed, and create sub-catgories.
This service is only available for Lupinia web hosting clients, but feel free to direct your users to the helpdesk system if they have an issue with your other Lupinia-hosted services if you do not have a web hosting account with us.
